Form alignment issue

    Hello,

I was trying to make my form mobile responsive. I tried the widget (which didn't do anything), as well as checking off "make this form responsive" in the style editor. Partway through this process, my form suddenly started appearing with some of the text not spanning the width of the page (instead it's all crunched up in multiple lines on the lefthand side). I didn't change any formatting other than trying to make the form mobile responsive, which didn't work, and I can't get it to go back to the way it was before.  It's not happening with the text that's in a separate text box. It's only the text that's above a an input box or button.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Ann

I have cloned the form, there isn't any issue with how your form is set up, all you need to do is click on any of the fields that are not showing up properly, and click on the gear icon to open the PROPERTIES menu, in General tab, change the Label Alignment to RIGHT, and then back to TOP again, this will reset your alignment and resolve the issue.

Please see the form I've cloned below viewing properly, you can also clone it using the following URL:
