What counts as a view?

What is the technical definition of a form view. Every time the account holder views forms that have come through or when anyone accesses it through our website?

Any time your form is loaded count as form veiwed.  If you have your forms embedded to high traffic pages, each time the page is loaded and therefore your form is loaded, that counts as a view.
