I am getting tired or resetting my password every time I log in. I use the same email and password, I'll reset it, because the system somehow forgets it, log back in. Then to test the log in process, I will log back out, and use the password to log back in and it says it doesn't recognize my information. This process isn't that difficult.

By any chance, are you storing the account login information in the browser storage to auto-full? If the password is not updated in the auto-fill after changing the password, an error will be displayed.
Could you try logging to your account using a private/incognito window or a different browser to see if you are able to login without any issue?
