my forms are not being forwarded to the email address?

    I have cleared the cache and also checked our email address against bounce list. What else is causing the issue?

    Could you please provide the email address that you used to forward the submissions to so we can check our logs?

    Also, did you check Junk/Spam folder for those emails?
