Have you made any recent updates that would affect SMTP emails?

    Hi all,

Ok so we have been utilizing our own postfix server to handle the form submissions for three months now and randomly we are now getting a tls error message.  Kindly tell me what was changed on the form backend so I can pinpoint this issue and get it corrected.  Still not understanding how jotform continues to change their email server ip address etc.  Frustrated again!

I do not believe anything was updated on our end that would cause issues with SMTP emails.  Our current list of IP's can be found in the following guide:

If you are receiving a TLS error, it is likely an issue with the SMTP settings being used for your sender email.  Make sure your settings are correct.  The most recent two submissions do look to have sent successfully.
