I'm a longstanding user of your service but I must admit, I've been a little disapointed as of late.
I watched the service go through complete re-development and stuck with it whilst you guys iron out numerous 'teathing' problems. I received a message yesterday saying my forms were now disabled and that I had to upgrade to a professional account. In over 18 months use, I've never gone over 5GB - so there is no way that it is viable for me to pay $49.95 per MONTH for 100GB!? I simply do not need that amount of space.
I'm happy to continue on the 1Gb plan, however, my account is now only 300mb and my forms are still disabled?
I'm trying my best not to moan, but there have been countless problems with your product and I just feel you should look after your customers a little better. I had 24 hours to one by one lower my limits, and felt almost pressured into subscribing to a $50 per month account!?! $50 per year, I'd be happy, $50 per month!? lol

Sorry about that. Your account is enabled now. I wish you emailed us instead of posting multiple entries in the forum. We look at the forum less and as a Premium user you have email support.
