Since there doesn't seem to be a way to actually save a form before submitting, would it be possible to have two separate submit forms, one labeled "Submit" and one labeled "Save" and have each send a different email alert? It would be nice to have the "Save" button simply send a notification to the person who filled out the form with the link to edit it further... once they are finished editing they could use the "Submit" button to finalize the order. Since we use the form to process orders, it can be very confusing for us if there is only one form submitted and it is edited after the fact. I hope this makes sense. Thank you for your help.

My question exactly. How can we send different e-mails depending on which submit/save button they clicked on.

It is not possible to setup conditions depending on the submit button entered.
What you can do is to add radio buttons right before the submit button:
[ ] Only Save
[ ] Save and Submit
Then, setup email conditions on that.
