stand alone form

Hey Guys,

Wondering if I can create a form here, then save the HTML and CSS into a folder and send it to my developer who will tie in some .NET stuff.  It should not link back to JotForm and be self contained.  Is this possible to get a folder downloaded with all the assets needed to run alone without any help from JotForm?  If so, what is the cost?
