HELP - 6 hours and NONE OF YOU HAVE HELPED - Customer Servise is terrible

    THIS IS REALLY GETTING ME UPSET, I HAVE SPENT ALL DAMN DAY ON THIS AND NONE OF YOU ARE HELPING ME!

    I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    THIS IS MY 4th TIME E-MAILING AND NONE OF YOU HAVE HELPED!

     

    www.worldyouthday2013commemorativetshirts.com when the forms are filled out they are going to an e-mail "notification" THAT I WANT TO CHANGE. WHEN I DO WHAT YOU SUGGEST (see below) it does not help:

    Hi

    Here's how you can reset the notification emails:

    1. Open your form on the Form Builder
    2. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab,
    3. Click on "Email Alerts",
    4. Select "Notification",
    5. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    6. Click on "Email Alerts" again,
    7. Click on "Add New Email" and complete the wizard.

    THIS DOES NOT WORK, FOR GODS SAKE I HAVE DONE THIS NOW ALL DAY AND NONE OF YOU CAN HELP ME. MAY I SPEAK WITH A MANAGER?

    Every time  I do this the OLD e-mail notification still shows up in the lower right corner: "Recipient e-mail: familyhumiltytowel.com" FOR THE 4th TIME HOW THE HELL DO I DELETE THIS E-mail
