It worked well for weeks and just stopped uploading files to box.com. The form is creating a folder and I can download the files when I click the link on the confirmation or in the report but they are not transferring to box.com

I've cloned your form on my side in order to test the Box integration.
As far as I test, the integration has established successfully and the submission PDFs have saved successfully to the box folder as you can see below:
Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate the issue, currently.
Could you please remove the integration and establish again? Please tell us if the issue still persists.
