My form is no longer uploading to box.com

    My form  was working now it is no longer uploading to Box.com. It is creating a folder in my box account but not puting the uploaded files in it. The files can be downloaded if I run a report or if I click a link from an email confirmation. I have given at least one of them 4 hours or so with no change.

     

    This started some time today.
