    Please help me with google doc integration

    Hello,

    I have a jotform integrated into google spreadsheet. All of my elements fields fill in nicely on the jotform preview. However, a couple fields do not populate in my excel sheet. Now, these fields that do not fill in have the same names. That shouldn't matter because I have other fields that have the same name and they work perfectly. Also, they do have seperate ID and Names in properties, just the same names to the naked eye. 

     

    I will upgrade my account if I can get this working.

    Hello

    I was able to replicate the issue, not all the fields were filled into google spreadsheet, even though I succesfully filled them in to form.

    so I have created a ticket and escalated to our superior level .

    I cannot assured as to when the issue will be resolved, but they surely will take action on this ASAP

    Thank you so much for your reply. I messed around with it even further and it seems like the google integration is just using the wrong columns and leaving a few out. Please let me know when this is fixed.

    Hi, in addition to the informations that my colleagues had already supplied.

    If you need to proceed using the form and google integration, simply change the labels/questions of the fields in such way that they are unique to each other. 

    Having the same named fields (i.e. address address, email email) is causing the spreadsheet ingtegration field mapping to overwrite the previous data with the last same field.

    This way, you can proceed with your work (as temporary solution), while our dev team have not reached the solution ticket for this yet.

    I thought I should mention (in case you have not seen this conclusion yet)

    I've just commited a fix for "same name fileds problem" in google docs integration. If you keep getting similar problems, please let us know.
