Bottom of form being cut off

The form in the sidebar is being cutoff. I have tried it as an Iframe and still the same. Any Ideas?

When I check your iFrame code which you have embedded to your site, I find that the height of it isn't as the same as with the original. 

The embedded iFrame code to your site:

<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-70035091157954" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/70035091157954" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; overflow: hidden; border: none; height: 384px;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

The original one:

<iframe id="JotFormIFrame-70035091157954" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/70035091157954" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:538px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

As you can see, the height values of both iFrame codes are different. I would like to recommend you to replace the iFrame code with the original one that I have shared with you above. If your problem persists, you can change the height value of it according to the height of your sidebar.
