My account is under quota, 240mb of 1gb - my forms are still disabled on my website?

    Thank you for your email informing me that my forms are now disabled and to upgrade to professional.


    I have now removed unwanted data and my account is once again in good standing.  My forms however, are still missing from my website.


    Please URGENTLY advise.
