PayPal Integration: Email address showing in PayPal page?

The form I created is good...I link it to my web site, and have problems with people paying.

After my customers fill out the form, they click submit.  The PAY PAL page comes up...PROBLEM 1.

    1. My email -- Account comes up.  WHY?  I don't want my paypal account to come up.

    2. Customers then can try to pay with CC.  It does allow the user to fill out the CC form, however when they try to submit the link breaks.

Please let me know how I can fix these problems

    Hi,

Please note that we have 3 types of PayPal integrations that you can use on your form.

    Standard PayPal checkout

    PayPal Express

    PayPal Pro (Website Payments Pro)

Note that the Standard PayPal and PayPal Express will redirect your user to a secure PayPal payment gateway. This is an expected behavior. You are the merchant so the information like your email address will be displayed on the PayPal gateway page, however, for PayPal accounts with "Business" type, they have an option to display their business name instead of an email address. I presume your account is a "Personal" or "Premier"? I suggest contacting PayPal support to verify this as a merchant.

If you do not wish to redirect your users, then you can go with PayPal Pro, however, please note that you need to have a PayPal Pro (Website Payments Pro) account, you need to verify this to PayPal. To learn more about the difference between PayPal and PayPal Pro, you can check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro

For the 2nd concern you have, I have opened a separate thread so that we can better discuss it. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1112817

    Thank you.
