My account has been suspended

    i have attempted to import a form  from my website which resulted in login.

    i have also an auto reply on my email this was never a problem.

    please assist urgently to unblock /reactivate my account.

    I have checked and your account is autosuspended by our phishing system because of your imported form. 

    Your imported form is login form and login forms are not allowed. It is against our terms of use to collect login credentials. 

    I saw that you have deleted your imported form and that form is now located inside of Trash folder. I have purge it from your Trash folder and I have activated your account.
