Hey Jotform
Is there a way I can send an email to all who have submited a form, at once, I have the email address and name and so on all the submitter. Or do I need to extract the emails from the excel document and send the submitter from my own email account???
Best regards Morten Ramsussen

Since you have already collected the email address, you would need to collect them from the submission data first. The best way to do this would probably be to download your submission data in Excel format, then copy the data from the email column to get all the addresses. You could then setup a mass email based off those addresses.
For future campaigns though, I would recommend setting up an integration with MailChimp:

This will allow you to automatically collect the email addresses for the express purpose of sending mass emails to the list of collected addresses.
