My forms are not saving

    Its REALLY annoying

    When I edit and try to save, the form os not saving. And i loose evey thing that I edi. It has done than for onths nowt

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on the issue, have you tried already deleting your browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try. Is this form already embedded into your website? If yes, can you provide us your website URL were you embedded your form code?

    I have tried to save the last 5 hours.
    I cant upload in safari.

    @jawpix,

    What exactly you mean by "form not saving"? Do you mean after creating your form fields and clicking on "Save" button gives you an error? Or you mean your form is not updating the new changes made? Please give us more details so we can help you further with this. Thank you.

    It gives no erroer. It is just runnining "saving" and "working" without anything in the form is updated

    Hello jawpix.  I tried editing your actual form and saving it.  I was able to save your form properly and see the updated content.  I just returned it to its original state. 

    Have you tried creating a new form and see if you're able to save it?  If not, is there a chance for you to try using a different computer?  I'm quite suspecting that it may probably have something to do with your ISP.  Is there a chance for you to be able to login to your account using a different internet service provider?
