    Hi,

    Upon checking your email address, I found out that you used thie email address for two guests accounts. One of your account "guest_21596226531049" was suspended for violating our terms of use and this form is entitled "Login-Register". I just want you to know that we have a very strict autophishing detector that would automatically suspends forms and account if detected as us for phishing activities. We don't actually support such as Login Form, Signup Forms, etc. in JotForm with password field.

    Thank you for your reply.First I'd be happy to pay. Second I'm only using the system for prototyping the moment. No phishing in this design at all.Please approve me, whitelist me and let me move forward switch my design.

    We understand that you may have made such forms when testing JotForm.  I reactivated your guest account, you may try checking and see if you can check your forms again.  But please do remove your login form to prevent your account from getting suspended again.

    In addition, we recommend users to create their own username and password so to prevent your forms from getting lost.  As forms created via guest accounts are only using cookies to maintain access to forms and have a high probability of getting lost when the cookie from your browser expires.
