How can I tell the PDF title to be the first and last name of a client when emailing?

Asked by secureform on April 06, 2017 at 07:12 AM

I have an intake form that has a dropdown box with employee names. The

    The employee selects his/her name

Fills in data of clients, like name and address

The intake form, after submission, is emailed as a pdf to the employee

The pdf title is a number. Example: 3671063657012120546.pdf

Question: How can I tell the pdf title to be the first and last name of a client when emailing?

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, it's not possible in the Attach PDF feature. You cannot change the PDF naming in the form builder. You can only assign a name based on the field input when integrating with File Sharing services like Dropbox, Google Drive or Box.
