    All of my forms are disabled

    I have created forms for a number of people / websites and they are all now DISABLED. Please tell me why and how to fix it immediately.

    Just noticed that - thanks so much for the quick response - much appreciated!  Any idea what went wrong, or what I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again?

    You're quite welcome, glad to help!

    Basically your form "Crystals & More Galore: Pre-Order Enquiry" triggered our automatic form review systems, which led to an autosuspension of your account due to suspicion of violating our terms of use, and that is what caused all the forms to become disabled.

    I have manually inspected the form and concluded that it complies with our terms of use, so I have re-activated your account.

    Sorry Aidan - me again. I keep getting locked out of my client's account and have reset the password about 3 times now. Each time I go to sign in again, it Auto suspends me, even though I've entered the correct password.  Not sure how to fix this.

    I have checked http://www.gwalking.com.au/ and found this form: https://www.jotform.com/70436985247870

    This form led me to the account owner which is different from the account I sorted out for you earlier. The one that owns this form is "Gwalking" and it's indeed autosuspended.

    I have resolved the issue for account username "Gwalking" too. The account and forms should be working properly now.
