Email notification not working properly

    When I do a test email they are all filled in, but when I test from the site many of the fields are missing.

    I cloned the form in question (https://form.jotformeu.com/61253228887362) and I was able to encounter the issue you are reporting. Some fields are not displayed on the email notification even there is a value set on that field. Here are the fields displayed on the email notification:

    As per checking, it seems the issue is caused by the Hide Empty Fields Option, please try to disable the option and see if this will fix the issue on your end. To disable the option, just go to Advanced tab and set Hide Empty fields to No.

    As per testing on my end, I was able to receive the email notification properly.

    That has made it work, but don;t think that's the way the empty fields are supposed to work

    Yes, the empty fields feature is supposed to hide fields without a value, all those fields with a value should be shown in your notification. 

    I've cloned your form and noticed the same issue on your current notification, I can see you've edited it so I also did the same on my cloned form, but I could not replicate the issue in a newly added notification. It may be related to the current email you have in your form, I would suggest you to delete the current email you have and add a new one, this should help you to resolve the issue.

    I got the notification working OK on the 6th, but today only a few fields are coming through again.

    Can you tell us which submissions are the ones involved so we can have a look for comparison and analysis?

    The latest submissions are not working since the 6th April.

    I have turned off the hidden fields and created a completely new notification email, deleting the old one, but I am not receiving all of the information from the submissions.

    I cloned and tested your form and I was able to replicate this problem. But when I re-created the Notifier everything worked fine.

    So please remove the Notifier:

    And add a new one:

    I tested and it worked.
