I am not receiving emails

    We are no longer receiving emails when a form is submitted.

    I have checked the email addresses set on the form, and they are not in our bounce list.

    However I recommend you to change on your email notification settings, the Sender -Email address to noreply@jotform.com


    Also, please add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)
