i would like to cancel my subscription as of 4/6/2017.
Please go ahead and cancel it and reimbursement for Aprils subscription fee, paid on 4/6

I have submitted a request to our billing department to process the cancellation of your subscription and the refund. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
However, if you want to make sure that the subscription will not renew in the future, you can also check the subscription on your PayPal account and perform cancellation if it is showing that it is still active. You should get a confirmation from PayPal that you have successfully canceled it.
