    Hello Nourhaan,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want each member of yours to submit form only once with a unique ID?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Unique Question" feature which will prevent users from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like Member ID or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same member id or email address to submit form again. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

Alternatively you can take advantage of our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address. The following guide should help you on how to set unique submission:  http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
