How do you navigate to the PDF forms creator from the my account page?

I was given a link https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/ to get to the pdf creator.  How does one navigate to this link directly from jotform.  Is this something separate from the jotform site, or is there a hidden link somewhere on the home page for my account.  

Yes, this is separate from the account page and there is no link to it from there so you did not miss anything in that regard.

It is technically part of the JotForm website, it's just not accessible from within the account page.
