Is there a way to reset the Upload Size limit on the account?

Hello, i am making many test of the forms and there is space in mb that is not real, ther is way to reset the space

To my understanding, you are referring to the "Upload Size" limit on your account that says 12.50 MB of 100 MB is used, is that correct?

12.50 MB refers to the total file size of all the files uploaded through your forms and is stored on the submission page.

I would like to apologize, however, you can only free upload space in your account by deleting the submissions that have uploaded files in it from your form's submission page.

You can go to your forms submission page and delete the submissions that have submission files.

We, however, recommend that before deleting submissions it would be best if you download it first so you have a copy/backup of it especially if the submissions are important. Please be noted that deleted submissions can no longer be recovered/restored.
