How to clear pre-filled fields after each use?

My form at https://form.jotform.us/70950806184156, how can I make it so that the pre-filled fields clear after each use?

As far as I understand, you want to set prefilled values to the fields. However, they have to be cleared while users are entering another information.

You can set placeholders to the fields as you can see the screencast below:

Not exactly....If I use the form to send to several different people at one
time, but need to pre-fill some of the fields differently on each form,
how would I do that? Would I have to just make several cloned forms unique
for each person I send to?

If you're sending the form through an email newsletter, you can use this method to pass some information into the form fields. It is commonly known as merge tags.
