I need access to support forums for PROFILE MANAGER PREMIUM. I'm a paid customer for Premium, (I know it's pretty much a dead project). I found the forums helpful in many ways :-)
If it is no longer accessible, could I at least have access to the forum database? I'll search for what I need. That would be AWESOME and much faster than the search feature that doesn't work very well anyway, haha. I have an active site which I need answers to!
Why would you remove the forums when paid customers need it?

Unfortunately, the Profile Manager is no longer available and the forums are also closed due to maintenance related issues. I don't think the forum database can be provided to protect the privacy of other users.
