Can you provide cc type and last four digits in a jot form notification for a payment form?

Our client is receiving jot form notifications for a donation form on a non profit website. They need the credit card type and last four digits for each donor in order to properly apply for tax credits for the donor. Can you help me add this information to the jot form notification. 

I'm sorry, but we do not store the credit card information. Your forms are integrated with Authorize.net payment. You can get the information by logging into your auth.net account and by viewing the transaction.
