When I go to login into my account to view my form, I received a message that the login in attempt has failed and that the account is suspended. About two weeks ago I had to answer some Jotform account questions, regarding the use of the form and what website the form is attached too, but once completed I was allowed access to my forms. But now I need to once again access my forms to make some changes and my account is now suspended and I was never notified of it or why.

    Thank you for contacting us!

Your account was suspended because it was requesting login credential from social media websites.

Gathering this type of information will violate our Terms of Use:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

It is considered phishing  if a form is elaborated in such a manner. This is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.

Please refrain from elaborating this type of inquiries in your forms.

Your account has been reactivated. Your form has been cleared. You can now continue to develop it.

    Thank you.
