Changing payment method and name on subscription

    Hello, there.  My account is work-related, and my position has been assigned to a different department that does not utilize JotForm.  What options are available for switching the credit card and the name on the account to a different City employee within the department actually using this account?

    We can change the username of the account. Just please let us know your desired username so we can proceed with that process.

    For changing the payment method, you need to access the account - billing page ( Click the Change Credit Card button. The next payment will be charged with the new card on file.
