Set up autoresponder email

I know that you can provide the customer with the answers they provided in a PDF attachment. I am wondering if it is possible to have the form send back to them with answers filled out in the same format as when they originally filled out the form?

You can add the form fields in the email body, however, this will not show headers and texts, you would have to customize that yourself to look exactly like your form.
