Trying to upgrade my account but I cannot update my credit card on file

    I tried twice to upgrade my account by adding my credit card and it wasnt allowing me to proceed.

    As far as I can tell, you should be able to upgrade at this time.  Try directly from the account billing page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    If that does not work, let us know if there are any errors or anything of that nature and we will see what we can do.
