I emailed previously and have not gotten a response.
I am no longer getting email notifications.
Also, I want to switch back to V3. V4 is not working for me.
If I cannot resolve my issues I will look for another form maker company.

First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
I have checked for any questions that you may have sent us, and I found one that my colleague KadeJM addressed: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1110856
Please note that the builder versions (V3 and V4) have absolutely nothing to do with our mail servers and their bounce list. As my colleague explained, email notification issues are usually caused by the email addresses getting included into our bounce list, and we tried to detail several reasons why that happens, in the beginning of our guide on how to remove an email address from the bounce list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
If you would like to switch back to V3 despite the above, please open https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and select "Version 3" in the "Form Builder" option.
