We are trying to login but your site will not let me, so I tried to reset password but it says that there's no account associated with this email. Please advise. Thank you

There isn't a registered account with that email. There is only a guest account under that email address. Please note that a guest account relies on your browsers cache. So whatever happens to it, your account may purge.
