I'm not sure how to edit my forms with the new form builder

Hello,

One of my forms is titled TEAM course registration. I need to make several changes on that form and yet I am not sure how to do that. I've been playing around with the new format you've provided, where a box opens on the left side of the screen, and yet I am not sure how to make changes on my form. 

If there was a way to talk to someone live, it'd be great, or even live chat would be great.
