I did not receive submission due to a downgrade.

    I have already asked this question and was given a canned answer that is incorrect. The submissions are not on the submission form, and there is no way that on average we are getting about 100 emails per day, that the messages would just stop at the time we were downgraded, and the start at the time that we entered our new credit card. Please advise if you can look at our account and let us know if there is a way we can retrieve the data between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the 5th...
