Accidentally deleted a form

    Hi i just deleted a form that i meant to disable

    I can see you have some forms in the trash folder, if your form is there then you could restore it by following this guide: How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

    If the form has been purged, then will not be possible to restore the form.
