I have several forms that I would like to merge the data into one sheet for reference... and also have that sheet editable online. Would like to be able to edit the data, add information so employees could view it any given time. What would work for this?

I have several forms that I would like to merge the data into one sheet.

If you mean you would like to merge the data of your forms in your account into one Google Spreadsheet, I think this couldn't be possible.

However, I have a possible workarounds to suggest.

If you want to combine submissions data from different forms, you can use this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions.

Then, if you have combined the submissions in one form, you can integrate the form into Google Spreadsheet. Please see this guide on How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet. But we do not recommend you to edit the google spreadsheet because if you do, the integration will break. So, we recommend you to use the IMPORTRANGE to pull data from the integrated sheet to a new spreadsheet.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
