Can the prepared reports be limited by time frame?

Hello! We have a form that is populating an excel sheet that we download weekly to see just the new inputs, but every week it is downloading all of the entries. Would it be possible to set the report to be only within a particular time frame? Please let me know, thank you in advance!

If you are manually downloading the submissions in your submissions page, then it is possible to filter by date or time frame. 

Once you set the time frame, the list of submissions displayed on the list will be filtered and you can download them as it is. 

You can also integrate Google Spreadsheet to your form giving your more options to manage your data online. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. You can have a separate spreadsheet in Google Drive and you can populate it by referencing to the integration spreadsheet using a formula or function like IMPORTRANGE. In your personal spreadsheet, you can filter submissions by date or you can use a custom formula to only pull data from the integrated spreadsheet on a specific time frame.
