My account says auto-suspended and forms say disabled.

    My account says auto-suspended.  I reset password and it allows me in. Now my forms say they are disabled when they show to be enabled. I do not see anywhere in my two forms that would violate the Terms of Use.

    You account has been auto suspended due to the deleted form named 'Login - Dropbox' that is still under the Trash Folder

    The form, appears to be violating the terms of use.

    I had purged the form and activated your account.

    If I may also suggest, please do make sure to read our terms of use on this page: https://www.jotform.com/terms/. We do not allow users to create forms that collect sensitive information like login credentials, passwords, credit card information and bank details using plain text box fields.
