No longer receiving notification emails

    Recently, a form I've been using for a while has suddenly stopped producing notification emails when new submissions come in. I've tried deleting the notification setting and recreating it to no avail. The emails are not being sent to my spam.

    Hello, kerlasia. Upon checking your email logs, it shows that the alerts were sent properly to your email address. Can you please check your spam folder for possibilities of the emails to have landed there? 

    You may also review your email activity history in order to understand/view the status of your form's email alert deliveries. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Thanks, I figured out the issue. They were all going straight to my trash folder for some reason.

    If they are going to your spam/junkmail folder, mark them as "Not Spam" or your email providers equivalent to ensure they are no longer filtered.
