I have downgraded the service, but there is a charge on my credit card

    I have downgraded the service previously on 4th April. Why charge my credit card?

    It looks like the downgrade didn't go through and seems that you have tried again after the charge. I see that the account is now scheduled to downgrade by the end of the next billing date. 

    Please be noted that your account is currently occupying more than 100MB of storage space which is more than the storage space provided for Free subscription plan. Due to this reason, the forms shall be disabled until you delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear the storage space.

    Please confirm that you want to cancel the subscription so that we can proceed further. Thanks!
