When our form is filled in there are four persons who always need to receive the form. Three of us always receive the form but one, email@example.com does not receive the mails. How is this possible?

I have checked your form and I can see that the email is configured correctly, I have also checked the bounce list, and firstname.lastname@example.org is not on there. However, while looking at your conditions, I can see that you have a few conditions set to send emails to only specific emails, and email@example.com is not one of them.
Can you please try to submit the form without matching any of these conditions and see if firstname.lastname@example.org receives the notification? This could be the reason no email has been sent to that email, because no form with none of these conditions matched has been submitted.

Thank you very much. I have added her mail to the conditions and now she receives the forms.
