I am trying to create a table for my online store and I am struggling

I am looking for a table that will have an image and and a tick box under where customers would be able to press the tick box to select that specific swatch delivered to them.

I have attached a screen shot to show you how one of my competitors have done it. however I am looking to have it as a full web page address and other details etc which I have figured out how to do on your form builder. however I need to have a selection section with a small picture sample.

You can use Image Checkboxes widget or Image Radio Buttons widget.
