How to register several persons with same invoice address?

Hi. I organize several conferences during the year. Often many employees from same company wants to attend, but only one person do the registration process in jotform. In other words, one person register everybody. I usually want full contactdetail from everybody including invoice address. How can one person register several people (adding name and email address) without having to type all invoicing information for every person?

To add same Billing Address or Same information for all or for group of people, you can use prepopulation uisng http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Create Prepopulation URL for similar set of people and then call that URL that will prefill similar details at the time of loading the form.

Hi. Thanks for helping. I don’t think your suggestion answers my question.

If one person is going to register several other persons using the same invoice address. How can he/she do that without having to type the invoicing address over again for all persons? Is there some sort of a drop down option for registering more persons by name, title, phone and email address? Keeping the same invoice address.

Typical example is when one person from a company is registering several person from same company.

I wasn't sure if you want to be able to do that in one form and one submission or one form with multiple submissions. If you want to do that with one form and one submission you will have to create all those fields in form up front. Meaning, if you want to have the possibility to fill the form for 5 people you will have to have all fields for each member and then make conditions that will fill them accordingly.

If you want, on the other hand, to use one form and make multiple submissions for each member, then what my colleague suggested would be the quickest and easiest way. Make an URL that will prepopulate the form with data you need and use that URL each time you want to submit the form.

Ok. I see. I want to do it in one form and one submission. Since I don’t know how many participants one person will register, is there no option that the person who register can click a button or similar to add one more person (name, title and phone number) only? E.g a button that says: “Add another person”.

You can achieve what you have in mind by using the Configurable List widget, as it would allow you to have a dynamic set of entries with the rules and fields you define, and buttons to add and remove these entries: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
