DocuSign widget doesn't work both on form builder v.3 and form builder v.4. When the user wants to sign with DocuSign account through any form, it says: "Something's Wrong. Please click here to try again."
You can authenticate with your DocuSign credentials on both form builders. However, when you want to fill the form and sign with any DocuSign account, you will get this error.

There has been a problem with the builder regarding token. However, I was informed by the developer who assigned to this ticket.
The problem has been fixed recently. The cloned form works on my side as expected. Could you please try it again and let us know if the issue persists.
In the meantime, please clear your browser caches before test it and do not forget to update widget after authentication. Please also make sure that your DocuSign account is not expired or exceed limitations per month or per user. Since, 400 error codes gives a bad request if the client can't communicate to the API using the docusign account API. It can occur by means of limitations per month or per user by docusign
Please inform user accordingly.
