Thanks i have worked out how to import your one and edit..
How can i apend information from more than one form onto a final email?
ie. step 1 is one form, then submit button is step 2, in step two there is more info.. I would like all the info from both forms to be sent in one final email rather than two seperate one.. is this possible?

Unfortunately, what you're asking for is not possible, each submission report can only contain data from one form.

Alternatively, you can make use of our Page Break element, this will allow you to divide your form into several pages, and users can fill each page and click next to continue to the next page, you will then have a submit button in the final page, that way, you will receive one submission report for all pages.

For more information on how to create multiple page forms, please follow this guide:

    Thank you.

Ok that seemed to work. However its taking up a lot of the page and ideally would like to go to a new page from the home page bit like this: https://www.ratedpeople.com/
Also is it possible to have side by side fields, or is it just expandable vertically? Thanks
    Best regards

You can achieve the same by creating two forms. One form will be your starting point per the given sample. Then, redirect this form to another form with your main fields.

Positioning the fields side by side is possible. Check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning

Thanks you are great - will the information on the first form still be there on the redirected one? as i would like it all included on one email when submited finally - for eg https://www.ratedpeople.com/

Each form will be have its own submission email, redirecting means that you are redirected to a new page after you have submitted the first form.

You can make use of the Form Tabs widget to make your form look like the one in the example (Create your job), and use conditional logic to show and hide pages.

If you would like multiple forms data to be sent in one email, a workaround would be to create the first form without a notification email, and add hidden fields to your second forms, and pre-populate them with the data submitted in first form, and set a notification email on the second form. That way you'll receive all the data in one email, the drawback to this, is that you will not be notified if someone only submits the first form.

For more information on how to pre-populate fields using URL, please refer to this link:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

I hope this answers your question.

    Thank you.

thanks ive just spent 45 mins looking at this and cant see how i can get it to pre populate the detail based on the users own choices.. (dynamically)
I create a new form to test this with and came back with this which doesnt appear to work: https://form.jotformeu.com/70992569034364?isit26=business,personal&iNeed
    from https://form.jotformeu.com/70992569034364
as the results from https://www.ratedpeople.com/ acheive all the info in one repository once complete, can this be done in jotform?
ideally id like to prepoulate on step 2 (so redirect to another page on my website for step 2 and 3 (3 submits)

I think you did it correctly, except for the prepopulation. I did it for you. The Thank You URL now points to:

    https://form.jotformeu.com/70962731177360?iNeed={iNeed}&isIt={isIt}

I've also changed "&" to "and" to make the prepopulation work for the dropdown field.

    Thats great thanks Welvin.
Is it possible to make the redirection page start from the second tab, ie 'Step 2' ?

Im also trying to add in another condition for when they enter a postcode, the submition will be different from the norm. I can see there are some option in condition buy only for country...
i would like to add a condition for if the postcode doesnt start with any of the following (followed by a nmber)
    A
    E
    EC
    N
    NW
    EN
    HA
    IG
    L
    RM
    SE
    SS
    W
    WC
    WD
then when submitted, it will show a different thank you page.
    is this possible?

Unfortunately, you cannot select the post code box in the conditional logic setup. A workaround would be to use our textbox field for the address inputs. Use the dropdown field for the country selector. You should then be able to target the postcode input in the conditional logic.

Your question about conditional logic is different from the original topic here so I have moved it to this new thread over here where we'll help you with that.

There is a method to skip a page. However, I tried it on your form, and it's not working.

    https://form.jotformeu.com/70962731177360?iNeed=Business&isIt=IT%20Hardware%20and%20Infrastructure%20Support?jumpToPage=2

?jumpToPage=2 where 2 is the page number.

A workaround would be to merge page 1 and 2. Hide these two dropdowns in the page so they won't see it there.
