A field is showing up in the Form Builder but not in Preview

    Date needed field not showing up on live form. Please help! Thanks!

    The Date Needed field is not showing up because of this condition:

    The Condition above means - It will only show up IF AND ONLY IF Substrate Type IS EQUAL TO Yes.

    To fix this, just review your Condition carefully. I also strongly recommend you ensure there are no errors in it.

    Thank you for clarification. Not sure why the field inherited these conditions.
